Official Nintendo Wii Component Video Cable (Wii)

Official Nintendo Wii Component Video Cable (Wii)
All the cables you’ll ever need for your Wii.
Customer Review: 480p of joy
This does make a real difference to graphics on your telly. The cable seems well constructed and works well.
Customer Review: Much better image quality but…
unfortunately it shows the limit of the graphics of the Wii.
In 480p, the image is much sharper and you get less flickering, but it also shows that the Wii is lacking a good anti-aliasing. I’m also not sure that a non-Nintendo cable would not works as good as this quite pricey cable.

Nintendo The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii, PAL)
Link, a young man raised as a wrangler in a small, rural village, is ordered by the mayor to attend the Hyrule Summit. He sets off, oblivious to the dark fate that has descended upon the kingdom. When he enters the Twilight Realm that has covered Hyrule, he transforms into a wolf and is captured. A mysterious figure named Midna helps him break free. With the aid of her magic, they set off to free the land from the shadows. Characters: Link, Zelda, Midna and many other characters, both new and old. How to progress through the game: Link must explore the vast land of Hyrule and uncover the mystery behind its plunge into darkness. As he does, he?ll have to enlist the aid of friendly folk, solve puzzles and battle his way through dangerous dungeons. In the Twilight Realm, he?ll have to use his wolf abilities and Midna?s magic to bring light to the land. Special powers/weapons/moves/features: Besides his trusty sword and shield, Link will use his bow and arrows, fight while on horseback and use a wealth of other items, both new and old. Players can use the Wii Remote as a fishing pole, while a spin of the Nunchuk controller executes a spin attack. Features: When Link travels to the Twilight Realm, he transforms into a wolf and must scour the land with the help of a mysterious girl named Midna. Using the power and unique control of the Wii console, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess features incredibly precise aiming control using the Wii Remote. The Wii Remote and the Nunchuk controller are used for a variety of game activities, including fishing and special sword attacks. Players ride into battle against troops of foul creatures using an amazing horseback combat system, then take on massive bosses that must be seen to be believed. Many puzzles stand between Link and the fulfillment of his quest, so players must sharpen their wits as they hunt for weapons and items.
The greatest battle of the new football season is not between any real world club but between the virtual giants of FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer. Konami’s game has always been the favourite but last year FIFA closed the gap to such a degree that the title race has never been closer. This year’s FIFA uses a completely new game engine, for the first time built specifically for the next gen consoles. But improved graphics and animation are only the half of it, with just as much focus going on the artificial intelligence thanks to the new “35 point decision engine”. What this basically means is that every player on the pitch is fully aware of those around him and constantly thinking about tactics and position when not under your control.
Other changes include better modelled physics for taking a shot on goal, which take into account everything from air pressure to the angle of your foot. You’re also able to create your own special moves to replicate every possible trick from real life. There are also new game modes including Be A Pro which challenges you to play the role of a single player through a whole season or career. On top of this there are revamped online leagues to play a virtual season in the Premier League, Bundesliga, French League or Mexican 1st Division against real opponents. With 620 licensed teams, 30 offline leagues and 15,000 players as well FIFA might just have made enough new signings this year to put it over the top.

Customer Review: An unbelievable suprise
I actually bought this game as an impulse buy after being a dedicated Pro Evo zealot for the last 10 years. I played it a bit, thought the motion controls were mind boggling, (There really is a lot to remember, and this is coming from someone thats being playing games for far, far too long to remember)and so it went back on the shelf and gathered dust for a few weeks while I played through Halo 3 and Phantom Hourglass, not to mention PES 2008. The other day I brought it out again determined to get the hang of it, and I was utterly shocked. Once you get the hang of the controls (and believe me, it does take a LONG time for them to become second nature), its absolutley brilliant. The shooting feels really good for some reason. Its much more satisfying swinging the remote upwards to volley the ball home rather than just pressing a button. The one two mechanic is excellent, but trying to remember to press ‘A’ to pass whilst holding ‘c’ on the nunchuck to activate it does take time. Once you’ve mastered it though, you’ll be creating counter attacks that are quite honestly much superior to Pro Evos eight directional movements. The difference is that once you do a one - two the guy that originally passed it wont just blindly run toward goal like pro evo, he’ll run inside or out wide - basically wherever the space is. Also, he wont stop just short of the defence like sometimes happens in pro Evo - just when you are ready to release your pass the idiot stops and runs back to his original position - theres none of that here. The downsides are that, as most people say, theres no manager mode although you can play through a whole season as per normal, which is good. Also crossing is a bit poor really and seems pretty ineffective. Tackling is a bit hit and miss, and the heading also feels a little bit loose, especially in attack. Overall though, this is really, really good if you put the time into it, and one of the years biggest shocks in my opinion.

Customer Review: Kids love it
I would agree with the comments the others make about the poor graphics and the dodgy singing, but I have 2 girls who love high school musical - and they think this is the best game they have ever played. They absolutely love it. If you are looking for a great game then I would say go for something like Boogie - but if you have HSM fans in the house and are looking for a great Christmas present then I would say this ticks all the boxes.
Customer Review: hsm cracker
