Disney’s Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure (Nintendo DS)

Disney’s Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure (Nintendo DS)
Customer Review: Its for kids
I thought the game was great fun at first, a bit too much singing needed though! It is definitely for kids and not adults as the game is really short, it took me 2 hours to complete it. Kids will love it though.

Customer Review: Ariel is fun, but short and for kids
The title says it all. I bought this game ’cause I love Ariel. The graphics are very good and the controls are very easy. The only two problems are: the game is too short - you can finish it in 2 days, and it’s way too easy, therefore for kids. But good game, though. I recommend it for kids, not for adults.

Pok?mon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team (Nintendo DS) One day you awake to find that you’ve been turned into a Pok?mon and the land around you is being destroyed by natural disasters. It’s up to you to explore dungeons filled with wild monsters and uncover your true destiny and purpose in a game where you get to “be” a Pok?mon.

The lowdown:
Rather than being one of the core role-playing games in the Pok?mon series this is a spin-off based on ChunSoft’s long running (in Japan at least) Mystery Dungeon series. The basic idea is that you enter a random generated dungeon and defeat all the wild Pok?mon you find within it. Most of the standbys of the Pok?mon world also make an appearance, including Technical Machines that enable you to lean new abilities, resistances and weakness to different elemental attacks. You can’t capture wild Pok?mon but you can recruit them to your team, which adds something to your strategic options. Admittedly the game can get repetitive, but there’s generally enough to see and do until the “real” Pok?mon sequels come out sometime next year.

Most exciting moment:
The combat is a clever mix between real-time and turn-based combat, with wild Pok?mon moving about the dungeon at the same time as you. You can have four Pok?mon in your team at once, with the computer controlling the other three, and each can have four attacks or abilities each. If you’re sensible you’ll put together a varied team so you’ve got an attack ready for whatever enemy comes your way.

Since you ask:
As with most Pok?mon titles there are two versions of the game, in this case one for the DS and one for the GBA. They’re both essentially the same, except with different distributions of Pok?mon in each. The DS does have a couple of extra options though, as well as an easier to use touch screen interface.

The bottom line:
Not the deepest Pok?mon game ever but you’ll still find yourself wanting to catch `em all. - HARRISON DENT
Customer Review: This game is brilliant
The quiz get’s on your nerves because you don’t know what you’re going to be and when you find out, you might not like it and you have to start over!
But once you have your Pokemon starter and partner, the game is really fun, it get’s really hard once you get to the end!
Customer Review: pokemon fun!
firstly this game starts off very well you do answer questions and then you become a pokemon the game can be very interesting at times but eventually you might get bored with it!! but still a great game!!! and finding out the truth id very exciting! A MUST for any poke fan!

Customer Review: So repetitive
This is the first Harry Potter game I’ve played. I thought the film was the best so far and it’s a very good book. This game starts quite well and I found it interesting to use the stylus to cast spells, but it quickly got very repetitive. I agree with the other reviewers as it sucked all the fun out of playing and just trying to get to the end. I was on a task and noticed I was going to cross the courtyard and thought “Oh no, I’m going to have to duel yet again!”. Not because it’s hard, but it’s so boring. Also, did the game end on task 28 as no credits came up and I’ve still not even completed 50% of the game according to the save slot? I’ve even done all the mini-game lessons, won a lot of other games and it seems shocking that I’m not even half way through!!!
Customer Review: harry potter order of the phoenix
I was looking forward to playing this game, after just finishing The Goblet of Fire, which was not brilliant but took me over a week to finish and had some difficult tasks especially towards the end, but this took me one day to finish and was boring to the extreme. Too many tasks which are the same and too much time wandering around the school looking for the next task. The duels were too easy. I wouldn’t recommend this game.

Customer Review: Good Strategy!
This game needs a bit of nouce! In other words, to win the tactical battles, you must think out your strategy, rather than hoping on brute force. This does compare to Advance Wars. I personally prefer the style and think this game is more intuitive. If you’re a thinking man, get this. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re a goon, you won’t like it. Enjoy.

Don't bother buying this one it's really the worst game I have ever played stay away from it!! if you want to be bored out of your brains then get this.
