Wasn’t sure if it was worth upgrading the cable on my Wii - after all, it’s not meant to output fantastic graphics.
However, I for the sake of a fiver or so, I decided to buy this - and definitely haven’t regretted it! The picture quality on my Samsung LCD is very much improved - text is crisp and clear, colours rich. It really has made a big difference, and I’d definitely recommend.

This will output to 480i, not 720 as advertised. However this is a crsip image and i recommen this to anyone with a HD TV as this is the best you will get from the Wii.

Customer Review: WII Charge Station works great!!!
Bought this for my kids to use with their Wii, the controlers where chewing up the batteries in no time. The Charging station not only gives you rubber grips, making the controler more comfortable to hold and gives you a better grip, but the battery packs last much longer than fresh AA’s. Only trick is to make sure when you place controler on charging base that the charging light comes on you have to pay attention to what you are doing. I plan to buy another one when we get our fourth controller. Great product

Customer Review: Poor product, don’t take the chance.
I was a bit skeptical to purchase a non-Nintendo branded power adapter. However, I figured, it’s JUST a power cord, what could go wrong? I took it out of the box, plugged it in, then plugged it into my Wii. Things were fine for about 10 minutes then I heard a POP. Nothing seemed strange, I just thought it was something else. Shortly after the Wii shut off. I turned it back on and now I heard popping and zapping. It was coming from the power adapter. I quickly unplugged it and noticed an electrical burn smell. More than likely a bunch of cap’s inside blew out. I don’t know if there is permanent damage to the Wii, but I will not even take the chance for another unit. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Customer Review: Not so great with large screen plasma
This product works fine on our smaller television. But it causes ’static’ on our large screen plasma. The static is bad enough that we simply could NOT use this power adaptor with our large Plasma. We switched back to The original Wii Power adapter that came with our Wii and that one does NOT cause any static on our large screen Plasma. Hope this helps.
